Introduction:
Having created the most sustainable handbag on the market, Yevont came to us needing a brand that could communicate their role as a disruptor in the industry. Our goal from the start was to align Yevont’s visuals with its core mission: to revolutionise fashion through innovation.
The challenge wasn’t the product.
It was perception.
How do you convince consumers that a product made with new technology deserves a place alongside traditional luxury fashion brands? How do you communicate innovation without becoming overly technical? And how do you elevate sustainability from a nice bonus into something genuinely desirable?
BOAST partnered with founder Aaron Frankel to create a brand capable of turning innovation into aspiration.
Strategy & Execution:
From the beginning, we knew the branding needed to feel as progressive as the technology itself.
Working closely with Aaron, we developed a visual identity built around contrast. Bold black and white aesthetics, modern typography and a design system that reflected the precision, confidence and sophistication behind the product.
The logo itself drew inspiration from the 3D printing process, creating a subtle connection between the technology and the final product without relying on obvious visual clichés.
At a strategic level, the focus was shifting the conversation away from sustainability alone. While the environmental benefits remained important, the goal was positioning Yevont as a luxury fashion brand first and a sustainable alternative second.
Every touchpoint, from packaging through to website design and brand communications, was designed to reinforce quality, craftsmanship and desirability.
The result was a brand that felt every bit as innovative as the product itself.
The Outcome:
The transformation allowed Yevont to reposition itself within the market and command significantly higher perceived value. Following launch, the brand increased pricing by 400% while exceeding the financial goals set for the business within months. More importantly, the new positioning gave Yevont the confidence to compete in the luxury fashion space rather than the sustainability category alone.
