Introduction:

Most recruitment brands look and sound exactly the same.
Corporate language. Stock photography. Empty promises about finding the perfect fit.
No Sunday Blues was built to challenge that.
Founded by three recruitment leaders with decades of industry experience, the business set out to create something that felt more human, more honest and infinitely more relatable. Less corporate middleman. More trusted friend who knows exactly who you should meet.
They came to BOAST with a clear vision: create a brand that reflected the energy, personality and confidence behind the business itself.
A recruitment brand people would actually remember.

Strategy & Execution:

From our first conversation, it was obvious this wasn’t going to be another polished corporate recruitment agency. The personality already existed. Our job was bringing it to life.
We developed a bold visual and verbal identity system designed to stand apart in a category dominated by sameness. One that felt playful, confident and occasionally a little cheeky, without ever losing credibility.
The visual identity was built around movement, personality and memorability. Custom animations, bold typography and a vibrant design system helped create a brand that felt alive across every touchpoint. Meanwhile, the tone of voice challenged traditional recruitment language, replacing jargon and generic promises with communication that felt human, relatable and refreshingly direct.
The website followed the same philosophy. Easy to navigate, conversion-focused and packed with personality. Every page was designed to feel less like a recruitment website and more like an extension of the people behind the business. Even the merch became part of the strategy. Creating opportunities for the brand to exist beyond screens and job ads, while reinforcing the community and culture No Sunday Blues was building around itself.

The Outcome:

The result was a recruitment brand impossible to confuse with anyone else in the category.
No Sunday Blues launched with a clear point of view, a distinctive personality and a visual identity that immediately reflected the energy behind the founders. The brand quickly became known not only for its recruitment expertise, but for the way it showed up in the market.
More importantly, it created something many recruitment agencies struggle to achieve: genuine emotional connection.
A brand that feels approachable without losing professionalism. Memorable without trying too hard. And proof that even in one of the most crowded categories, personality is still one of the strongest competitive advantages a business can have.

"The amount of people since we launched asking 'who did your branding, it's amazing' has been off the charts!"

Testimonial: “April and the whole team at BOAST were nothing short of incredible! We met with a number of agencies to help us and the moment we chatted to April we knew she got us, the who, the values and the why behind what we wanted to create. She was so easy and attentive to work with, worked to deadlines, came up with the COOLEST web design and branding for us. The amount of people since we launched asking ‘who did your branding, it’s amazing’ has been off the charts! We can’t thank the whole team enough.”
